How interesting!  You are not going to believe this, but at this point you could be almost sure (say, 99% sure) that Mike has the 0-3.

Why?  Well, HAL started playing to blanks (and he sure has blanks -- Adam passed!), so he should repeat.  Why didn't he?  The three was not played by you (in which case he should probably respect it), so he should have hit it and repeat the blank. 

Thus, almost sure that he doesn't have it.  But Adam definitely doesn't have it (he passed on blanks), and you don't either (you have your pieces in sight! :-)), so it is almost sure that Mike has it.

Yes, at this point this might not be a useful conclusion...  But you never know...  Keep it in mind!  Later on in this round, knowing that Mike has the 0-3 may allow you to make a decision that makes the difference between winning or losing the round!
