Mike starts.  We'll just wait and see what he plays.

Your hand ("hand" refers to the group of tiles you got) is not particularly good.  You miss the 5's (i.e., you don't have any 5); that puts you at higher risk of passing at some point during the round.

But don't panic!  Your hand is not particularly bad either!  After all, you have three 6's and three 2's.  That's not that bad.  But more importantly: HAL is the leader in your team, so the important thing is that you play for him and make him win (even if you passed).  Notice that Mike is the global leader!  That means that at least you will have to make him pass once to make HAL arrive first.
