So you play the 3-2 and wait.

So far, this is the most common sequence for the first four plays of a round.  The starting player puts a double (in most cases that is what happens), the second player hits it, the third player hits the second player's tile, and the fourth player hits the starting tile.  So, this looks like a pretty normal round so far.
